After many years of putting up with intolerable, tasteless and cardboard-like gluten-free food, Shari and her father worked tirelessly in her kitchen developing delectable recipes that not only the gluten intolerant could enjoy but the whole family would love. Shari and her father Larry Schneider started the company from a personal understanding of the benefits of living a gluten-free lifestyle and recognized that the marketplace was not filling a significant need of the celiac and gluten intolerant community providing gluten-free foods that taste fabulous.
