"Visual Visitor Rocks!" What do you like best?
The intent data is their best feature in my opinion. I get a daily report with new leads who have exhibited intent signals and match my Ideal Customer Profile. When I click on one of these leads in Visual Visitor, it gives me information about the business, its employees, and their online behavior (i.e. whether or not they’ve engaged with my keywords). This is a terrific feature for people who work in sales. Although I get more use out of the contact database (aka prospecting data), the intent data helps me zero in on the leads that are most likely to become clients.
What do you dislike?
Nothing stands out to me as a dislike. The products work as `advertised and the staff is helpful and efficient. If I had to come up with something, I’d say that there is a lot to wrap your head around in Visual Visitor. To optimize results, you need to test out each feature and adjust as necessary. The intent software lets you drop and replace keywords that are underperforming - make sure you take advantage of this function if you’re running custom intent campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
-Monitor the progress of your custom intent campaigns. If you aren’t finding many leads, ask their support team for help - they’re awesome..
-If you’re having technical trouble, submit a support ticket. They respond almost immediately and, if you’re anything like me, you’ll get more out of a conversation with Casey or Angelo than you will by reading support articles.
-Remember to hit the tag button when you send out emails. It doesn’t happen automatically.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I signed up for Visual Visitor primarily for prospecting reasons. Their sales rep, Thomas, stressed the convenience of having contact data on hand and I absolutely agree. Visual Visitor’s database lets you search for contacts in any industry, worldwide. In terms of cold calling and cold emailing, it’s my go-to resource for contact info. That being said, my favorite feature is the intent data. I work in equipment leasing and being able to track companies that are searching terms like “construction equipment financing” has been a tremendous help. As a bonus, it also lets you track companies that are searching for your competitors - not something I was expecting. Although lead generation is the primary benefit I get out of Visual Visitor, it also offers a few tools which help with lead nurturing, like the email tracking plugin and website visitor identification software. Overall, it’s an effective, well-designed platform. I highly recommend it.

"What an incredible sales and marketing tool!" What do you like best?
All of the data is stored in one place. I log in to Visual Visitor and I can see our website traffic, email open rate, and the intent shoppers searching for my products online. I was using MailChimp before for email tracking but I prefer using 1 app for all my sales tools. As a salesperson, I rely on great information and timing. This tool gives me access to both. My customers benefit greatly as a result of the information I receive from Visual Visitor.
What do you dislike?
I've found nothing that I dislike in this program. I have been using Visual Visitor for several years, and they just keep offering more impactful data.

Visual Visitor is a solid all-in-one platform for sales intel. The intent data feature is top-notch. The data is accurate and presented in a way that's easy to understand.

Pros: There's so much information stored in Visual Visitor! You can use it to surf for new contacts or to learn more about the ones you already have. I sort of assume if the info I want isn't in Visual Visitor, it's not available online.

Cons: I absolutely love it! No complaints from me—everything looks fantastic!

Overall: I've had a terrific experience with Visual Visitor, they really deliver when it comes to contact data. For outbound sales, they have everything you need.

Pros: The Visual Visitor database has more contacts than any of the other services I've tried. Prospecting is much easier with it, it's a big timesaver.

Cons: No downsides to using this app, in my opinion—it's just that great!

Overall: I would absolutely recommend Visual Visitor, it's an effective, easy-to-use solution. For the amount of contacts they have, it's well worth the cost.

Pros: I like that it goes further than just telling me who's on my website. Biographical data and search history are great to have in your back pocket when you're ready to make contact.

Cons: For my purposes, it works great! Haven't encountered any cons.

Overall: Visual Visitor is a great place to go for data. I've found a bunch of new leads with it and I've barely scratched the surface.

Pros: Shares lots of website-visitor-insights. I've made contact with about a hundred new leads so far using their contact data. Haven't had many emails bounce.

Cons: No glaring issues detected on the Visual Visitor app yet.

Overall: I can't speak to how it compares to other services but I've had a great experience with Visual Visitor. It really delivers when it comes to visitor data.

Pros: Plus Person is fantastic. I love that it tells you about the visitor's job, location, search history (i.e., more than just a name). They're good at responding to emails too.

Cons: It was confusing at first but I learned how to use it pretty quick. No problems since.

Overall: It's spot-on in terms of figuring out what info is useful for marketers. I would recommend it, particularly if you have the bandwidth to really use it.

Pros: Helps me identify and connect with the right people. Can't say enough good things about Visual Visitor! It really does everything it claims.

Cons: It hasn't disappointed me — or my employees—yet.

Overall: Gives me plenty of info (including email addresses) on website visitors. All things considered, it's done more for my business than Lead Forensics ever did.

Pros: Shocking how much info it uncovers on website visitors. It's so convenient to have a place I can go now for email addresses instead of having to look for them myself online (with limited success).

Cons: I don't know what to say...overall, positive experience with Visual Visitor.

Overall: I've gotten a ton of use out of Visual Visitor, it really lasers in on the relevant data points. Would recommend it, especially now they have the extension.

Pros: The sheer quantity of data is impressive. Plus, it's worth mentioning that the database has more than 20 filters you can use to pinpoint relevant data.

Cons: Visual Visitor hasn't disappointed me yet (5 months in).

Overall: It's helped me ID about a hundred high-quality leads. Really appreciate that it isn't focused on any one industry. It gives you the broadest collection of data possible which is great if you work in B2B.

Pros: Most comprehensive lead gen tool I've come across. Crazy how much info they uncover on website visitors. There's no need for me to do my own research, it's all there in the platform.

Cons: Flawless product, can't imagine lead gen without Visual Visitor.

Overall: Great ROI, it's a must-have for sales reps. There's a lot of functionality here so make sure you book a free demo/training call.

Pros: In terms of access, Visual Visitor is terrific. I find new leads every week with the visitor ID tool. The database is also helpful, especially when I know who I'm looking for.

Cons: No issues apart from the fact that some info is missing for small companies.

Overall: Overall, it's a good place for prospecting. It has plenty of companies in the database to get you started and the visitor ID tool is top-notch. Looking forward to seeing what enhancements they add in the future.

Pros: The Visual Visitor dashboard gives me a lot to work with when I'm prospecting. Love that it provides names, company info, and contact details for visitors.

Cons: I haven't found any cons on Visual Visitor. For me, everything was great.

Overall: In my opinion, it's well worth the money. Visual Visitor is the gold standard when it comes to B2B contact data. Would absolutely recommend it to other companies.

I've experimented with a number of website visitor tracking tools, but Visual Visitor is the best. The data quality provided by Visual Visitor is remarkable when contrasted with alternatives such as Leadfeeder. They offer a wealth of detailed and quite helpful information.

My sales have only gone up since setting up Visual Visitor. They've done a lot for my business, I would absolutely recommend them to other people in sales.

Pros: Visual Visitor provides more information than I expected in regard to website visitors. Another plus is their customer service. I appreciate how quickly they respond to support tickets.

Visual Visitor takes care of the aspects of prospecting I don't like (researching and cold calling). I won't be getting rid of it any time soon!
