Incredible, Easy to Use Platform Overall: I have nothing but positive things to say about this platform. It's extremely beneficial for a team looking to contact potential leads and the ease of use makes it a game changer. Pros: I like how easy they make it to find leads. I can go to their website or just click the button in my toolbar to find anyone I may need to. Cons: N/a I don't have anything I dislike about this platform. Maybe the pricing, but I feel like it's worth it for the value it provides.

I highly recommend Visual Visitor to any business owner who wants to capture additional leads and learn more about their customer demographics. The reporting platform and AI Agent have been very valuable assets to all 14 of my clients who are utilizing those features. I highly recommend this platform!

Need Leads? Use Visual Visitor! Overall: We use Visual Visitor (under a different name) to help our clients track users who are already visiting their websites, allowing them to retarget marketing messages that will resonate with their audiences. Pros: Visual Visitor is a website traffic lead tool that allows you to capture data points from your website users to be able to retarget them in the future with different marketing strategies and messages. Cons: Visual Visitor does capture certain data points from your website traffic. However, the data points are not always accurate or they are sometimes incomplete due to available user data records.

Our Agency is a 2+ year user of Visual Visitor. First and foremost we can not stress enough about how wonderful their support system is. This is critical, especially when you're utilizing their services for multiple clients. To be able to send an email and receive a response promptly, or even better, to have them jump on a video call with short notice. The program is phenomenal, from the interface to the navigation, but what pushes Visual Visitor over the top is their personal involvement, and taking ownership of questions & needs of their clients.

Visual Visitor, It Starts w/ Their Support team A+ Overall: We can speak from both an Agency perspective and a Client perspective. In both cases this company has been nothing short of phenomenal. Pros: There are two main points to discuss, the Tool & the Team. The tool and it's user interface offers all you could ask for. Regardless of your knowledge it's easy to dive into and begin utilizing the lead gen opportunities. The TEAM - what a great job this company has done of building a very accessible group. From sales to support they've always replied quick to any questions or concern. From onboarding new clients to assisting with any type of question or concern. Simply stated, their support structure is first class. Cons: when looking through leads, the calendar is a little hard to manipulate. but that's a very minor issue.
