David Kupets and Dennis DeCaro are the founding partners of the firm. Each have extensive success in both the trial and appellate courts on behalf of injured parties in a wide variety of cases, and continue to be committed to advocating for the rights of those injured by another. David McGinley joined the firm in 2005. Since that time, he has handled a significant case load consisting of motor vehicle accidents, premises and products liability, construction negligence, and medical malpractice cases. David has brought successful recoveries to numerous clients by way of settlement, mediation, arbitration, and jury trials. Most recently, Amy Chesshir joined the team as an associate in 2013 after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law and being admitted to the Illinois Bar.
