We're a performance-based company, and are totally results-oriented.OnPoint began business in June, 2004 as First 1 Financial Corporation, with seven employees and headquarters in Norwell, Massachusetts. Six of those original members are still with the company. Today, the company employs over 50 people, and recently moved to a larger facility in Norwell.
