- When Matthew & Joseph were in college at Indiana University, their dad encouraged them not to just settle for your typical summer job. So they created a leadership camp for middle school students based on their experiences and their desire to empower students to maximize their potential. After graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and spending some time in finance and healthcare in Chicago, the Moheban brothers decided to leave their corporate jobs and pursue their passion for leadership and coaching students full-time. Less than one-year after making the jump, Matthew & Joseph have grown 220 Youth Leadership into an international movement with a proprietary curriculum and set of programs that will allow them to reach every student in the world.
