• Synergy Surgicalists is a national surgeon/physician run organization with the goal of providing the highest quality orthopedic and general surgery care in the acute setting and in rural communities. Many orthopedic and general surgeons do not want the burden of call in their practice. The leaders of this company are MD or BSN trained and each have their MBA. In addition, they are trained in Lean Healthcare techniques and Black Belt in Six Sigma. The leadership relates to the physician contractors, the local physicians, and the hospital partners.
