As a design build company, we have the ability revise the design to fit a budget. This quick costing worksheet determines a concept budget we will then use to move forward to finalize the design. At this time, our designs are also reviewed by our structural engineer and trade professionals for feasibility and value engineering. After the final design is approved we move forward to a hard costing number with all allowances and materials selected. The appropriate permits are applied for and timeline is laid out.
