On the other hand, the Lean Startup approach we employ, has proven to shorten product development cycles allow for iterative product releases, and validated learning, reducing the need for large amounts of initial project funding and expensive product launches and failures. Epicas Agile / DevOps management approach based on outcomes as opposed to features allows us to become long term partners by having a deep understanding of your systems and tackle projects one at a time relieving our clients from having to permanently increase headcount in order to takeover maintenance or enhancement projects. As we develop relationships with our clients our goal is to become an elastic development arm that integrates seamlessly with your operations without incurring in substantial time nor investment in project management within your in-house development team.
