• Strategic Partners International is an African American, Hispanic, and Women-owned company founded in 2002 and is fully certified nationally by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council. SPI provides turn-key, customized talent and labor solutions in order to ensure human capital sustainability. We identify and analyze a customers diverse talent and labor needs; customize and implement a training and talent road-map; and identify, engage and train a diverse workforce that is employable, trained and ready to meet the labor needs of a global workforce. Our work and our knowledge base is concentrated in urban areas.
