• Motte Partners is a private equity investment firm that acquires and builds niche, middle market companies in the manufactured products and business services sectors. We partner with business owners and management to recapitalize founder, management, and family-owned companies. We focus on companies based in North America with EBITDA of $2 million to $12 million. We are long-term, patient investors, supported by our capital base of select family office and high net worth investors. Our partnership structure avoids the common constraints and finite investment horizon of the institutional private equity fund model, which enables us to focus on long-term value creation and sustainable growth objectives.
