- Superior Handling Equipment, founded in 1977, provides a uniquely designed dock lift for locations not housed with a typical raised loading dock. The Speed-Lift has a parallelogram design which allows the platform to raise with an even flow to the trailer in a smooth, easy, and quick motion. Unlike most dock lift designs that require permanent mounting within a pit, the Speed-Lift has wheels so it can be pushed around one facility or transported to another location, yet it still can be secured to the ground by a variety of anchoring systems.Headquartered in Ormond Beach, FL, Superior Handling Equipment is ISO certified and employs highly trained technicians with a wealth of fabricating knowledge and experience. We're proud of our superb, durable products manufactured with domestic components. We're also a green company only using environmentally friendly materials in our production. Our goal is to provide our customers with on-time delivery of the highest quality dock lift, offer 24/7 knowledgeable and efficient customer service, and provide excellent parts and preventative maintenance assistance to assure a long life of uninterrupted usage.
