- Teaching people to move well is to feed them for a lifetime. Allowing people to pleasurably explore and remember lost or forgotten ways of moving is at the heart of the Feldenkrais Method and Cynthias work as a movement specialist. Regardless of age or condition, people experience new, gratifying possibilities for moving through verbal cues and gentle touch. The remarkable precision of this work reduces or eliminates pain and joint constrictions. Through potent neurological repatterning, it enhances sensing, feeling and thinking, while increasing awareness, enjoyment and ease in all movements, including breathing, walking, sitting, standing, reaching, turning and bending. Who can benefit? Just about anyone willing to change old habits for more vital, effective movement. Any and all who want to feed themselves for a lifetime. Moving with Grace also offers classes for people with stress induced insomnia through the Sounder Sleep System®. Students learn simple but potent tools for relieving stress and improving sleep.
