• Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center began in 1971 as a private hand surgery practice located near downtown Indianapolis at Winona Hospital. Since then, we have grown to become a renowned center of excellence, recognized across the world for our specialization in problems and injuries of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Now located on the northwest side of the city, Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center is the largest free-standing facility of its kind in the world. We employ nine board-certified orthopedic surgeons, six fellows, 160 employees, and we have six other locations throughout central Indiana.Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center is one of the worlds leading centers dedicated to providing orthopedic surgeons with one additional year of fellowship training in upper extremity and microvascular surgery.The surgeons at Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center see over 14,000 patients each year.
