We provide hOM members group and 1-on-1 wellness services: yoga, personal training, bootcamp, Pilates, HIIT, Thai Yoga Bodywork, and meditation classes. For every class taught, we give-back a class to someone on their journey with cancer through our partnership with Gilda's Club, Mount Sinai Hospitals and Stoked. Co-founder Ryan Freed experienced first-hand the effects of healthy living and wellness practices after his mother was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer and given 2 years to live. Through a drastic lifestyle change, Hope extended that prediction to 8 joyous years . hOM's mission is to main-stream these practices by making them accessible and convenient.
