• True Health is a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) community health center, has been serving low-income, uninsured, under insured, and under served populations in Central Florida since 1977. We operate eight service delivery locations within Orange and Seminole Counties, which includes seven neighborhood health centers and one school-based health centers. Additionally, True Health launched True Health Express, a walk-in health center located at our Casselberry and Southside Center. True Health was awarded Medical Home accreditation status in October, 2012 through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). We are dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care at a reasonable cost to patients of all ages. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, True Health offers a sliding fee scale to those that are uninsured, accepts Medicare and Medicaid patients, and accepts major health and HMO insurance plans.We are a private - non-profit health care organization, offering a variety of medical services under one roof. We accept most major health insurances including Medicaid and Medicare and offer a sliding fee scale to those who are uninsured.
