Our core market sectors are: Federal government, Higher Education, Historical Renovations, Tenant Improvements, New Construction, and Multiple Award Task Orders. We are located in Lakewood, WA as a full service general contractor. Our primary focus since our inception has been small business federal government projects and we have established ourselves in this respect. We have excellent working relationships with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Public Works.
