• LeaderWork's mission is to work in collaboration with individuals and organizations to create customized transdisciplinary programs and consulting partnerships that are designed to engage a new level of thinking to accomplish leadership work. We cannot solve our problems at the same level of thinking that created them. This what more encompasses a personal challenge to risk being part of the unfolding possibility, not an intellectual observer of it. In the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. Change is about us, not just about restructuring our surroundings. There are aspects of organizational reality that are effectively captured by the objectively neutral mindsets of the economist or scientist, but the nature of relationships and challenges to identity inherent in change and leadership work are personal.
