- We make parts for (generally) the aerospace industry here in Washington state via CNC mill and CNC latheTNT Aerospace recently purchased a Haas ST-20SSY live tool lathe. We are VERY excited at the prospect of having one of the final pieces to our manufacturing capabilities now at our disposal.With our new equipment coupled with our new facility that we built through the year and occupied in October of 2015, we can offer many more services and faster lead times than ever before. Our current menu of services is as follows....Production & Prototype 3, 4, and 5 Axis Milling and TurningHardware Install (nut plates, rivets, steel threaded inserts, etc.)Bearing SwagingLow-medium Complexity AssemblyBead BlastingPlatingGrainingTopcoat & Primer ApplicationsHeat TreatingWe also now have the ability to custom cut material up to 9 X 9 to a +/- .005 tolerance with our Hyd-Mech H-230A automatic band saw. This has been a great addition to our manufacturing flow and has really sped up our processes.We've certainly come a long way from running our entire shop off generators in the backwoods of Washington near the Canadian border!
