R&R Consulting is a New York State partnership founded in 2000 by ex-Moodys analysts Ann Rutledge and Sylvain Raynes, to provide the market with credit metrics that measure the real-time risk and value attributes of structured securities and their derivatives. The universe of structured securities encompasses ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CDOs, CLOs, CLNs, ABCP, SIVs, LBNs and other bonds with a targeted capital structure.R&R has developed software applications for credit scoring, cash flow modeling and credit ratings, which it licenses (with or without customization) for a fee. These applications are designed to function interoperably with other commercial applications. For clients that also need an (SEC-designated) NRSRO rating, R&R provides structuring and rating advisory support.An acknowledged credit risk expert, R&R also offers model validation, litigation support, expert testimony, quantitative skill assessment and professional training services to regulatory and financial institutions. Our framework of analysis sets the market standard for transparency, reproducibility and non-arbitrary credit risk measurement results.R&R will migrate to an entity with a different legal structure when it formalizes its application to become an NRSRO.
