Our main service is in-home care. We are not a franchise. ITS ALL ABOUT SUPERVISION....We believe the only way to grow a business like this is to employ professional RN medical staff with substantial experience in both geriatric care and the supervision of trained caregivers. We are not, after all, selling water ice! ...AND BOTH MEDICAL AND REGULATORY OVERSIGHT BY THE HOME CARE PROVIDER.We are not a franchise. This is sector that is somewhat fragmented and, with increasing regulation and an ageing population, the demand is growing for not just better care but better customer service. Regulations in States with more mature regulatory standards are moving away from the social model of custodial care to a medical model.
