CC Holdings, Inc. was founded in Indianapolis in 1992 and has been in continuous operation ever since.CC Holdings currently owns and operates 24 food and beverage retail units in the greater Indianapolis and Cincinnati markets. The company is a locally- and woman-owned restaurant group operating Copper Moon World Cafes, Natures Table Cafes, Au Bon Pain Cafes, and Granite City Food & Brewery.Typically in nontraditional settings, the companys locations in Indianapolis include IU Health Campus; Eli Lilly Campus; Indiana Government Center; Monument Circle; and the Indianapolis Airport; and it operates additional cafes at The University of Cincinnati Medical Center and The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
