• Bayside Behavioral Health Center is a comprehensive mental health center designed to provide services to youth and their families. BBHC offers various psychological interventions, as well as family assistance, in the form of parenting support and life skills. BBHC accepts AL Medicaid, All-Kids and most major insurances. We also have a sliding scale fee, for those who qualify. All of our clinicians are licensed by the State of Alabama in their perspective fields of study. Our clinicians have advanced study and certifications in various psychotherapy techniques, including but not limited to, play therapy, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma informed care.Our licensed clinicians provide care for children, adolescents, and their families that include assessments, diagnosis, and a treatment plan to address a wide variety of mental health issues. These issues could include anxiety, depression, anger, sleep disorders, stress, grief and loss, relationship problems, treatment of substance abuse, adjustment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit disorder, and LGBTQ challenges.Our caring staff is here to help you with all your counseling needs, and to deliver high quality care that is safe and caring.
