    • Section 1. Purpose. The purposes of the Club are:--To foster local, regional, national and international amateur sports (Figure Skating) competition.--To conduct local, regional, national or international competition in sports (Figure Skating) and to support and develop amateur athletes for such competition.This is done exclusively through the education of young amateur athletes in compulsory Figures, Moves in the Field, Free skating, pair skating, ice dancing, basic skills and all types of figure skating.--To perform such other acts as may be necessary, advisable, proper or incidental to the realization of the purposes of this organization; and to carry out the general policies of the United States Figure Skating Association.
