• Tech-Marine Business, Inc., (TMB) was established as a Woman-Owned Small Business by Patricia and Bob Bennett in the Commonwealth of Virginia on July 7th 1997. TMB was established to provide the Navy with program management support services. This is our core capability; this is what we do. Founded as The Company Professional Program Managers Turn To and today an Employee-Owned company, our capabilities and structure have matured as our customer requirements for program management evolved. Headquartered in Washington DC and with over 150 full-time employees, we have built our reputation providing focused support services to the Navy - primarily Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) programs and affiliated Program Executive Officers (PEO) and to the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
