An average use fee is between $600-1800+ a month. Homes range in value from the mid 300's to over 3 million dollars. The concept reduces expense to the home owner for holding the property. Problems can be found early and immediately repaired before serious damages occur. Occupied homes deter vandals, vagrants and thieves. Occupied homes also make the homes look warmed, lived in and sell faster. We are soon offering franchise opportunities nation wide. We currently operate in the Metro Phoenix area with an office in Tucson.
