Our mission is to nurture, empower, advocate and educate individuals, their families and communities through a system of care incorporating services that are linguistically appropriate, wholistically driven and culturally competent. Services and supports are community based, youth driven, family focused and culturally and linguistically competent.NLCWCs wholistic approach deals with the physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and cultural aspect of mental health. All aspects of ones life must be addressed if one is to be thoroughly treated. Using this approach empowers our clients to use their physical, emotional, spiritual, social, and cultural resources to address lifes issues. We believe a wholistic approach to living is essential in anyones recovery process.
