They have vast experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and development in Atlanta - representing buyers, sellers and developers. Their knowledge, vision and energy guide their agents and their clients through an enjoyable and successful real estate experience.In 2004, Diana and Mary Beth added three partners to Atlanta Intown Real Estate Services -- Randal Lautzenheizer, Julian Rather and David Vannort. Randal and David, highly experienced agents who have specialized predominantly in Midtown, have been with Atlanta Intown since 1999. They add vast residential sales knowledge and expertise to our agents and our clients. Julian, with a background in corporate sales and marketing, has been with Atlanta Intown since 2001. His primary focus has been condominium sales, working with both developers and individual buyers and sellers.
