- Excellence in packaging since 1984 K+K ThermoForming is an ISO 9001:2008 certified, family-owned, custom thermoformer located in Central Massachusetts. We have been designing and manufacturing protective packaging since 1984. Our attention to detail, high quality deliverables and complete customer satisfaction is the standard at K+K. K+K customers are as varied as the custom thermoformed parts we design and form for them; from electronics, peripherals and printed circuits, to medical devices, consumer products or food manufacturers. Our success lies in our dedication to detail and our commitment to investing in and using the latest technologies and equipment to meet those needs. Custom Design Typically the process begins with a request for quote. The request may include the part to be packaged, a CAD file of the part, or only the outside dimensions of the part. Our design services team will then identify and clarify specific product requirements and develop product concept drawings for approval or revisions. Contract Packaging Contract Packaging or Package Fulfillment is just one of the many solutions offered by K+K. We are ready and able to assist you in package design and printing, packing out your product and then packing it for shipment. At K+K ThermoForming, we really do enjoy what we do.
