His noted mentors included the official team physicians for the San Francisco Giants who previously held the distinction of being the official team doctors of the San Francisco 49ers for 25 years. Dr. Dominguez is specialty trained is in sports medicine, arthroscopic, and minimally invasive surgical techniques geared to minimize pain and expedite recovery. Dr. Dominguez holds the distinction of being the only orthopaedic surgeon certified in Brevard County to perform Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation - cartilage restoration procedure.
