• The OUCC is the state agency representing Indiana utility consumers. Our mission is to ensure quality, reliable utility services at the most reasonable prices possible through:- Dedicated advocacy, - Consumer education, and - Creative problem solving.Our team includes attorneys, accountants, economists, engineers, and other technical experts. As an independent state agency, the OUCC is the only organization representing residential, commercial and industrial ratepayer interests in all cases before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
