- We have a clinically and behaviorally based team approach to build around the needs of the community, schools, & stakeholders. Each clients individual plans are developed around his or her individual needs for safety & supervision. Chris's agency (BreakThrough Inc) -serves and advocates for the following populations: Developmentally Delayed Autism Spectrum Services Sexually Aggressive, Sexually Reactive Behaviorally Challenged ADHD, ADD Oppositional Defiant Behaviors Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders Learning Disabilities Down Syndrome Mentally Ill (challenged clients) Diabetes (Type 1, 2 and 3) Nurse Delegated Clients Suicidal Ideations & Self Harm Bipolar disorder Dual Diagnosed Disorders This agency works with Children boys and girls that are 7 to 21 requiring intensive Residential Treatment. The clients served are Developementally Delayed, Sexually Aggressive Youth, Sexually Reactive Youth, Dual Diagnosed, BiPolar, Autism Spectrum and Behaviorally Challenging Youth. The range of stay is 6 to 18 months or longer depending on the childs needs. This is a private agency contratcted with the State of Washington. We are contracted as a Staffed Residential Program with Department of Children & Family Services and have locations across Washgington State that are Licensed Staffed Residential Homes through the Division of Developmental Adminstration.
