• Seasons Management was formed in 1998 by Eric Jacobsen to manage the first community he operated as an owner and principal. Since then Seasons has steadily added new communities to the family. Seasons Management has the ability, through their related companies, to identify construction and development markets, develop, build, and operate new projects, as well as, the expertise to evaluate acquisition opportunities.Seasons offers comprehensive management and consulting services to senior living community owners whether owned by Seasons principals, or other investors and owners. The services that Seasons offers include all of the disciplines necessary to successfully manage independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.
