Our vision of success is to foster a better world by increasing BRACs visibility as a development success story, harnessing the power of its friends and ensuring support for a growing number of BRAC organisations around the world to unleash the potential of millions of poor households to create better futures for themselves and their communities. We do this through three main program areas:Public EducationWe tell the BRAC story in the United States and beyond through social and traditional media, speaking engagements and word of mouth. Strategic and Program ServicesWe help BRAC to pilot, grow and innovate microfinance, health, education, livelihood development and other programmes by: enabling access to capital and other resources, providing technical assistance and programme design support, setting up internal systems and processes for successful implementation and monitoring, and communicating outcomes with investors, donors and stakeholders. GrantmakingTo support BRACs new and ongoing initiatives, BRAC USA makes catalytic grants to BRAC programmes with the funds it raises. BRAC USA does not accept unsolicited proposals from organisations that are not part of BRAC or BRAC InternationalBRAC USA is an independent, non-profit organisation that received its 501(c)(3) status on July 12, 2007.
