• We invented Reduced Error Logistic Regression (RELR). RELR is a completely automated and general predictive analytics method that automates all tasks in predictive modeling including missing value handling, variable reduction, variable/feature selection, interaction and nonlinear effect building, and the coding of nominal independent variables without arbitrary or subjective user choices. RELR solves the costly Breiman Quiet Scandal problem related to multicollinearity and overfitting problems that are the basis of unreliability and quality control problems in predictive modeling and machine learning. In addition, we have developed a product called SkyRELR, which is a cloud-based embodiment of our machine learning tool. SkyRELR allows automatic GUI-based development of RELR machine learning models for non-programmers, along with IPython Notebook capabilities including control of the RELR Python API by Python programmers.
