People Biz, Inc

Description

• People Biz, Inc. is a leadership development organization that offers leadership initiatives that provide total transformation of people, organizations and the world. Through engagement and collaboration, People Biz, Inc. transforms organizations from the inside out, offering professional, mastery level coaching, expert training and on-site consulting and facilitation. We work with both teams and individuals to lay the foundation for total transformation and life-changing leadership initiatives. All of our coaches, trainers and consultants are professionally trained and certified coaches. We dig deep to help uncover exactly what will transform our clients lives and work. We ask all the right questions to get to the bottom of anything that might be holding our clients back from reaching their full potential. In every coaching and training interaction, we actively encourage clients to push themselves out of your comfort zone in order to grow. This approach enables clients to break through barriers and grow like never before. Using the Transformational Leadership Principle, a principle based on the premise that real change happens when leaders are actively engaged in their own growth and development, we educate clients on how to lead from a clear compelling vision versus problem solving, forcing or controlling. We firmly believe that people follow vision, which is why we teach leaders how to use and articulate their vision and to lead based on potential and possibility, in order to achieve transformative change. People Biz, Inc. provides the opportunity for individuals and teams of all types and sizes to join a powerful movement towards transformational change and experience a new kind of innovation, creativity and teamwork. This is when vision realization occurs and unprecedented results follow.
