Our partners have deep seated family and professional roots in Spain. We firmly believe that Spain is a rising international gastronomic star and that Spanish wine is finally getting the recognition it deserves in the US market vis-à-vis more traditional export markets such as France or Italy. As the consumer continues to discover the amazing value for quality inherent in quality Spanish wines, the market will continue to expand.The ENYE Group sources directly through wineries, traveling to Spain multiple times per year to taste and select only the best wines for the markets we serve. We leverage our language abilities as well as our intimate knowledge of cultural and business practices in Spain to create true partnerships with our vendors. Our sommelier personally tastes and selects each of the wines in our portfolio. We strive for representation of a wide range of appellations, styles (modern vs. traditional) and varietals. The end result is a well balanced portfolio of fabulous wines that have not previously been present in the Illinois market.
