• On January 13th, INTECH Construction celebrated the completion of its 31st year in business as a Philadelphia-based Construction Manager and General Contractor. Founded by Craig Sab Sabatino and Will Schwartz in 1986, the firm has evolved from its humble beginnings to become a major Philadelphia presence, constructing many prominent projects in the region. At the companys founding, Will and Sab shared a belief that they could offer a distinctly different, service-oriented, personal approach to the construction industry, honoring the principles of craftsmanship, quality, and integrity. Thirty years later, these values continue to guide INTECHs philosophy and form the cornerstone of the company's culture. In 2012, INTECH added four new principals to its Executive Management team: Joe Kelly, Blaise Lutz, Dave Maguire, and Phil Moses.
