The founder and president of SLDI is Dr. Mike Armour. A lifelong leader himself, he is a retired Navy captain, a former college president, the former CEO of an international humanitarian organization, the former CIO of a nationwide intelligence program, and a key executive in a variety of non-profit and faith-based organizations. SLDI avoids cookie-cutter approaches. We custom tailor every engagement to the specific needs of the client. Coaching and training are delivered by professionals with decades of leadership experience themselves. And the members of our team all have at least ten years of executive development experience.
