Our emphasis is in commercial and multi family brokerage, portfolio consultation, partnership investment opportunities and property management. We develop, acquire, dispose and manage apartment communities, office, medical office, industrial, warehouse, mixed use buildings, shopping centers, retails centers primarily located in the major metropolitan markets of California. We have over 25 years of experience working with both individuals and large corporations on various aspects of strategy development, portfolio analysis, reporting, and exit strategy development. Our partnerships have acquired high-quality multifamily properties with 120 units or more, valued from $10 million to $200 million. For the past few decades we have managed over 30 properties on a daily basis for ourselves and out clients.
