• The mission of ARIDM is to introduce and promote healthy Asian food to American people. ARIDM is composed of people who have decades of restaurant operations experiences. ARIDM is interested in introducing and promoting healthy Asian food. ARIDM does this through developing new restaurants and helping existing restaurants achieve operational excellence. New restaurant development starts with site selection. Granted that the existing business model works well (e.g., Sushi King), ARIDM will partner with commercial real estate agents to search for an ideal site. ARIDM has developed a comprehensive check list for site selection and evaluation. ARIDM has capable construction partners who can then turn the site into a new restaurant within a short time period, while maintaining a high quality standard. Before the new restaurant goes into operation, ARIDM will incorporate a strong team. ARIDM has deployed an effective training program to existing restaurants. The training program provides candidates for future restaurant managers, server supervisors, and kitchen chefs and managers. Talents are also acquired through the market. The ARIDM human resources director is actively working on such recruitment constantly. Finally, ARIDM will help the new restaurant develop a customized marketing plan for a good jump start. In short, ARIDM will provide a turnkey restaurant.
