- OUR COMPANYWholesome International (WI) is a restaurant development company based in Cleveland, OH. We are a franchisee for Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Northeast Ohio and Pittsburgh markets since 2004. We are launching our home-grown Indian concept, Choolaah Indian BBQ in November 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio. As avid students of best practices in performance excellence, we have applied Maslows hierarchy and industry best practices in creating our people growth engine. In fall of 2012, we initiated the application of the Malcolm Baldrige framework for Performance Excellence in our Company. Our vision for 2022 is 1000 restaurants.
