• Lifeline Connections is a private, not for profit 501(c)(3) corporation that has served the community since 1962. We are located in the Center for Community Health in Vancouver, Washington and offer one of only a few non-hospital based intensive inpatient treatment services in the Portland Metropolitan area, and the only one in Southwest Washington.Lifeline Connections provides the full spectrum of treatment services for adults. Our professional staff includes:Board certified psychiatrist and addictionologistPsychiatric nurse practitionersState certified and licensed mental health professionals, social workers, and chemical dependency professionalsRegistered and licensed practical nursesCounselors who are bilingual in Spanish and fluent with American Sign LanguageLifeline Connections is certified and licensed by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and Washington State Department of Health. Our programs of care are well respected throughout the region, and our service rates are competitive.
