• I am a parter in the law firm of McKay, Burton & Thurman, where I concentrate on representing and advising businesses throughout the Western United States with respect to business and employment matters. A problem solver, I have defended clients in all types of matters, including lawsuits with millions of dollars at stake. Prior to joining McKay, Burton & Thurman, I practiced in California with an international law firm. I graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, where I served as a member of the BYU Law Review. I also serve as a volunteer board member of the Mali Rising Foundation, a charitable foundation which builds schools in Mali, Africa.
