• McGraw Enterprises is a veteran-owned small business founded in 1963. Starting as Kitchen Truck Stop in Garden City, Georgia and later moving to Hardeeville, SC as Carolina Truck Center, the late Roy McGraw, Sr. had a vision of providing good customer service at a reasonable price. This led to enormous growth through the early 1970's until Interstate 95 was completed in 1979. The corporation shifted gears, ceasing to operate as a truck stop, and starting one of the largest used auto parts companies in the Southeast. McGraw Auto Salvage grew through the 1980's and 1990's to an average inventory of over 2,000 vehicles. The salvage yard was spun off into a different corporation and the original corporation operated as a real estate leasing company. In 2004, the name was changed to McGraw Enterprises and started distributing Gerber brand knives and multi-tools. After a six year, multi-million dollar contract, the corporation went dormant again. After Mr. McGraw's death in 2008, the corporation was dissolved. In 2013, the corporation was brought back to life with the purchase of a convenience store in Hardeeville, SC. Doing business as Bryan's Country Store, the corporation is back to its roots providing petroleum products with excellent customer service.
