This is a system for collecting and notification of critical temperatures such as fridges, freezers, pharmaceutical fridges, hot water, and other critical facility information. This information provides protection of costly food items and the collection of temperatures for regulatory compliance and food safety for any organization in the food handling, and food preparation markets.
