- CASA of the Ninths purpose is to provide well trained, court-appointed volunteer advocates to abused and neglected children in Colorados Ninth Judicial District. Our goal is a safe, permanent, nurturing home for every child we serve.Founded and incorporated in the fall of 2011, CASA of the Ninth received 501 (c)3 status in spring of 2012 and signed a Memo of Understanding with the Court in November 2012.
