Body Machine Fitness

Description

• The WhyOur passion for having a healthy body, mind and soul has fueled our love for fitness. Weve attended fitness classes at some of the best studios across the country, but always left wanting more. Each studio offered something unique, but lacked the complete package. Coming from a real estate development and hotel operations background, we couldnt help but imagine something much better; so we did what any entrepreneur would dowe leveraged this experience and our opportunistic ethos to develop something refined, scalable, and disruptivea concept unlike anything else in the fitness industry. The end result is the culmination of over 2 years of devotion and countless hours of blood, sweat and tears to bring the hottest workout studio to the market. The WhatBody Machine Fitness offers the most amazing HIIT style group fitness workout, featuring an immersive and fun experience driven by a 50,000 watt Vegas night-club quality audio system; synchronized, color-shifting LED lighting system; DJ booth; and professionally curated playlists. The workouts are led by certified personal trainers who push members through a series of challenging HIIT-based (High Intensity Interval Training) strength and cardio intervals. We also recognize that intense training requires proper pre- and post-nutrition, so the studio features a full-service juice, smoothie and fresh yogurt bar, with an indoor/outdoor bar and café-style patio seating. The entire brand is upscale, featuring an amenity rich, spa-like experience at every turn. The WhoThe Leadership Team is comprised of highly experienced principals with proficiency in commercial real estate, finance, marketing, operations, construction, and hospitality. Through affiliated entities, they currently own and operate 6 premium-branded Marriott, Starwood and Hilton properties around the U.S.
