Our clients are bombarded with letters threatening wage and bank levies and property seizures. We protect our clients from aggressive collection action. Our process for handling our new clients account can be broken down into 5 steps:Step 1: Our Tax Specialists put a HOLD ON ALL COLLECTION ACTIVITY. This is probably the most important thing we do for our clients. As long as the client provides NTC Financial with any information or documentation requested in a prompt manner, they will NEVER get levied or garnished.Step 2: We verify exactly how much the client owes to each taxing authority. We establish how much of the liability is principle, penalties, and interest. We will also review the clients tax returns for the years in question to determine if an amended return can be filed to reduce the amount of tax owed.Step 3: We determine exactly how much the client can afford to pay back to the IRS or State Tax Authorities. Our Tax Specialists calculate the clients monthly income and subtract all of the allowed expenses by the IRS or State Tax Authority to come up with a payment proposal or an Offer in Compromise.Step 4: Our Tax Specialists analyze steps 2 & 3 side by side to determine the best possible resolution strategy saving you money!Step 5: Starts the next phase in which our Tax Specialists implement the determined resolution strategy from step 4.
