Greenby3

Description

• GreenBy3 was founded in Charleston, SC in 2008 by Jorge Riano to offer a better approach to commercial construction and renovation project management. As it stands, the current approach to construction is fragmented, inefficient and dysfunctional. However, by opening and maintaining communication between the client and trades - including the general contractors, architects, designers, electricians, etc. - and enforcing commitments to deadlines, budgets, creative vision and the environment, we are hoping to change the industry. Our team has extensive expertise in IT, facilities management, craftsmanship and sustainability and we employ creativity and collaboration to ensure that each clients vision of their new building or work space is realized. Our clients range from large tech companies to small nonprofit organizations, as we can adapt the scale of our services to fit any project and personalize them to a company's culture and its people. Our commitment to sustainability is evident in every project. We recommend environmentally friendly options that keep reusable material out of the landfill and educate our clients about cost-saving green technology. If new materials are required, we look at the most sustainable and local resources available. With our access to reclaimed building materials, GreenBy3 can add value to your project with unique, one-of-a-kind features while keeping usable materials out of the landfill. In the six years since its founding, GreenBy3 has grown - we now have five full-time employees, an extensive network of resources and a second location in Hendersonville, NC - and we hope to keep leading the way for positive change. Please visit our website for more information!
